GEORGIA DUSK
The sun descends, a fiery ball,
Painting the sky with hues of red.
Long shadows stretch, embracing all,
As twilight settles, soft, unsaid.
The air grows cool, a gentle breeze,
Whispers through the rustling trees.
The crickets chirp their evening song,
As darkness falls, serene and strong.
A time for rest, a time for dreams,
When weary souls find sweet release.
Painting the sky with hues of red.
Long shadows stretch, embracing all,
As twilight settles, soft, unsaid.
The air grows cool, a gentle breeze,
Whispers through the rustling trees.
The crickets chirp their evening song,
As darkness falls, serene and strong.
A time for rest, a time for dreams,
When weary souls find sweet release.
