The Hidden Spring

Beside the path, a hidden spring,
Doth bubble forth, with waters clear,
A cooling draught, its blessings bring,
To quench the thirst, and calm the fear.
It flows unseen, a gentle source,
Through mossy stones, and roots entwined,
Continuing its quiet course,
A solace for the seeking mind.
